This highly interactive course will give you the tools and roadmap on how to grow in your leadership - from building your capacity and skill in self-leadership, how to lead others at all levels in the organisation and ultimately how to support and enable others to lead at all levels.
As part of this training you will be invited to complete a certification assignment and receive the ICP-ALP Agile professional certification.

Helgi has 15 years experience building and facilitating courses in communication, leadership and effective teamwork. Passionate about the learning process, he is constantly exploring how different ideas, methods and principles can connect and form fresh solutions, strategies and tactics.
With a diverse work background from marketing, sales, tourism and professional coaching, as well as an active volunteer career working specifically with membership engagement, recruiting and training; Helgi has lead and served on over a dosen leadership and project teams and led an 15 month successful change initiative of national organisation. He brings a combination of experience and expertise in leading, developing effective teams and facilitating learning and collaboration in environments where there is very little formal authority.
He holds a degree in Occupational & Organisational Psychology, with a specialisation in Conflict Resolution at individual and group level.
