About this workshop: In the age of permanent change, change itself requires change and different ways of thinking. More and more organizations are looking for new ways of working that allow them to learn faster and react faster to changing market conditions. Many of these companies therefore rely on agile methods of work design. However, large-scale change initiatives planned in advance are not compatible with agile principles and are often too slow.
Lean Change Management is an approach that combines principles of Lean Start Up with Agile and some techniques of classical Change Management and integrates findings from organizational psychology and current neuroscience. The core elements are the iterative approach with "minimal viable changes" and the co-creation of these changes. People are generally happier with changes if they are involved in shaping them.
In this workshop we develop ideas how you can apply agile thinking to the change processes in your organization. You will get to know good practices and tools that you can apply immediately to get desired changes moving in the right direction.
