Goal of the motivation coach training is to secure the participants are kompetens enough for using and interpret the motivation profile in a professional, ethical and effective way for feedback. As a certified coach you can help your clients, colleges and partners to reach their ful potential both personally and professionally, by using their individual motivators.
During the two + one day long training, you will achieve competence to understand and interpret individual motivation profiles and a basic understanding for background and composition of the profile. You will have the right to use the tool for profiling in your business for clients and/or colleagues.
We are working with Zoom for presentations and team exercises, Trello for keeping track of the agenda items and exercises and Slack for communication between the sessions. There will be some work to be done after every session, so add about an hour more every week. Course litterature and material will be sent to your location or distributed digitally. The certification assignment will be accomplished in the time between the sessions so that you will be ready on the day of the last session.
During the 8 weeks period, you take part in a 2-hour session once/week. Totally 8 sessions. First session is scheduled as stated above The rest of the dates will be set together with the group during first session.
