Reiss Motivation is based on Instrinsic motivation and is a tool for increasing understanding for yourself and for other people around you. It shows what is important for you and the reasons why yo do what you do. It's an invaluable tool for recruitment, leadership, personal development, increasing performance and having better relationships in work and private life.
This training is delivered online and run in 8 2-hour sessions, once or several times /week. We agree around dates in the first session.

Goal of the motivation coach training is to secure the participants are competent enough to use and interpret the Reiss Motivation Profile in a professional, ethical and effective way for feedback. As a certified coach you can help your clients, colleges and partners to reach their full potential both personally and professionally, by using their basic desires.
During the two + one day long training, you will achieve competence to understand and interpret individual motivation profiles and a basic understanding for background and composition of the profile. You will have the right to use the tool for profiling in your business for clients and/or colleagues.
We are working with Zoom for presentations and team exercises, Trello for keeping track of the agenda items and exercises and Slack for communication between the sessions. There will be some work to be done after every session, so add about an hour more every week. Course litterature and material will be sent to your location or distributed digitally.
During the 8 weeks period, you take part in a 2-hour session once or several times / week. Totally 8 sessions. First session is scheduled as stated above The rest of the dates will be set together with the group during first session.
Your course leader and facilitator is Pia-Maria Thorén, who has 25 years of consultant experience from large Swedish and international companies within HR and leadership. Reiss Motivation has been part of her toolbox for many years and she has done the Reiss Profiles for more than 300 persons. She is the founder of GreenBullet and Agile People and the author of the book Agile People – A Radical Approach for HR and Managers (That Leads to Motivated Employees).

Agile leadership and agile frameworks are the best ways to create successful change, in my opinion. My main drive is to see the movement from one state to another in a company, contributing by making that change successful both from a financial and human perspective.
