Regardless if you are an agile coach, a line manager or an HR professional, you need to understand how people strategy and people operations need to change when working in a company embracing the agile value structure. How do performance management, recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits and the way we perform employee engagement surveys change? What are the specific skills that we need to use to run an agile transformation from a people perspective? And is there still a need to do succession planning in the future?

This certification is part of a specialized journey within the Business Agility track and is aimed at people who are in what organizations traditionally call the Human Resources (HR) domain. They are part of an organization aiming to adopt Agile thinking and practices, irrespective of their industry. Participants will come away with the knowledge necessary to tackle new ways of thinking and working equipped with people engagement practices that are more humanistic and values-based.

Consultant/Facilitator specialized in Change Management and Business Agility. 

More than 20 years of experience in building and managing teams as well as specifying and executing change projects, from the implementation of a computerized management system to the adoption of processes in operations, sales, marketing and IT.

After working for two and a half years in a 100% virtual company, besides a full-time corporate job in IT, I joined a small consultancy company as a partner.

We work from Madrid helping customers in creative and Agile ways with their transformation efforts through transformation of people. 

I am a licensed facilitator for the ICAgile - Agile Talent, Management 3.0, Lean Change Management and Work Together Anywhere programs.

I hold a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from HvA (Amsterdam, Holland), and a Master in Business Administration from the Flanders Business School (Antwerp, Belgium).
